all about periods.

Welcome to my period page!

I am #PeriodPositive in the hope it normalises conversations to make it easier to be #PeriodNeutral for many others. I want to smash taboos and support period equality, fight against period poverty and raise awareness about all things period related.

Online Period Workshops

Prepare for Bloody Good Banter as well as learning about all sorts such as Plastic-Free Period options, period poverty and chemicals in periods. Plus I can set up Make Your Own Pad workshops too! Sessions last for 1.5 hours approximately but can be reduced to under an hour depending on requirements.

There are some charges for workshops, please use the below as a guideline:

Make Your Own Pad: £10 per ticket. Includes a pre-made pad plus materials and postage. This is in collaboration with my podcast co-host Hannah and a fantastic period pad maker, Tatiana from Tats Pads.

Plastic-Free Period Workshop: There may be a cost for this depending upon audience. It is discounted for schools and universities, and free for charities though.

I want to spread these messages as far as possible, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can work out the best solution for you.

Please note, I will also be making a donation to Woman’s Environmental Network and City To Sea from any fee to support the fantastic work they do to raise awareness about periods and education.

Thank you!
